PLANNING SPECIALIST
Mark Green
Mark joined Meriwether following 13 years in the physical therapy industry, including six years of caring for patients in Minden. A Minden native and Glenbrook School graduate, Mark holds a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology from LSU and a doctorate in physical therapy from LSU Health Sciences Center.
In Mark’s role as a planning specialist at Meriwether, he works with the advisors to build and update financial plans, research complex issues, and coordinate special projects to help clients optimize their financial situation. This includes projects such as helping clients choose the best time to file for Social Security and/or working with advisors to manage investment accounts in the most tax-efficient way.
Mark currently lives in Haughton. Outside of work, he enjoys following LSU sports and learning about a variety of topics such as genealogy, lifestyle medicine and health behavior change.
